Thermal Imaging Cameras are used on all our Pre Purchase Inspections

Thermal Imaging is one of the most powerful technologies developed and is ideal for pre purchase building and pest inspections.
Using Infared thermal imaging techniques, building & pest inspections are more effective.
What is Thermal Imaging?
Thermal imaging is viewing through a thermal camera which allow us to see things the naked eye could never see. Infrared radiation is emitted by all objects with a temperature above absolute zero. This allows us to see variations in temperatures.
Thermal imaging has become a hot commodity in home inspections, but we assure you that it is far more than just a hyped-up gimmick.
Thermal Imaging is a sophisticated non-invasive method of detecting thermal signatures and providing information about structures. It can also pinpoint potential problems of building materials before they become a failure.

How does Brent Heness use Thermal Imaging?
We use thermal imaging largely as a preventitive measure. The capability of the technology can provide you with peace of mind. Thermographic cameras used in pest inspections usually detect radiation in the long-infrared range of the electromagnetic spectrum (roughly 9,000–14,000 nanometers or 9–14 µm). The camera then produces images of that radiation, called thermograms. Thermal Imaging is a testing method that is non-destructive.
Thermal Imaging Industrial Applications
Engineers, inspectors and managers equipped with thermal imaging industrial technology can see things they never would have seen before. They can spot a potential problem before it develops and causes major damage. Thermal imaging allows for non-destructive and non-invasive monitoring of machines and processes, and also allows its users to create new ways to examine operations that were not even available before. So why get a Thermal Imaging Inspection?

  • Locate moisture and leaks to showers plumbing pipes etc:

  • Identify moisture hidden in walls and ceilings

  • Detect termite infestation

  • Protect your investment
